This is the easiest and fastest dhokla one can create. It comes perfect every time. Ideal for unexpected guests ready in a jiffy. Just a few ingredients.
- 1 cup besan
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- tbs oil
- 1 pinch hing
- 1tbs eno fruit salt
Add eno and give a good mix. The mixture will swell up. Pour immediately on a flat microwaveable container.
Microwave on high for 3-4 mins.
Heat 1 tbs oil. Add a pinch of hing, few currypatta and 1 tsp mustard seeds.
As the mustard seeds stops spluttering, Add 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour out this mixture in to the prepared microwaved dhokla.
